The referral fee is included in the marketing fee.
There could be a referral link for each of the holders. Suppose you share your referral link with someone else. A user (Holder A) who found your website via your link could set up his referral address to be the same as yours. He can't alter his referral link once he's merely set up his referral address.
As many times as you like, you can cash in your referral bonus.
Marketing fee contains the referral fee. All of holders could have their own referral link.
Let's say "Holder A" copies his/her link and shares it on social networks. If another user (Holder B) landed website by follows that link, the "Holder B" setup his referred address as Holder A's wallet address. After only setup his referral address, Holder B can claim his referral reward to his wallet as well.
